QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Drainage Operative Apprentice, you will gain practical skills and experience in drainage installation, maintenance, and repairs while working alongside experienced professionals in the field. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to learn about the drainage industry and develop the competencies necessary for a successful career as a drainage operative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of drainage systems and related infrastructure.
  • Learn to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively while carrying out drainage tasks.
  • Support senior operatives in conducting site surveys and inspections.
  • Understand and comply with health and safety regulations and practices on-site.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge related to drainage.
  • Contribute to maintaining clean and organized work environments.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support various projects as needed.
