Based in DALROD Leeds, a fast-paced local service centre which is well established and growing. DALROD have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Experienced Drainage Technician to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure full-time employment with a family run, local business. This role will suit a candidate based within Leeds or surrounding area. We are a 24/7 business; therefore, this role will require some out of hours working based on a rota system.

For this Drainage Technician position, we are looking for someone with previous experience who can perform the following:

  • Clean drains using high pressured water jets
  • Unblock drains using specialist equipment
  • Carry out CCTV drainage surveys and reports of existing drainage systems
  • Experience in repairing or replacing broken drainage systems including patching and excavation
  • Site visits for scoping and pricing
  • Planning, organising and scheduling Technicians / works
  • Monitoring and overseeing Safety and Standards Compliance
  • Customer liaison

Experienced Drainage Technician Requirements:

  • Flexible, positive can-do attitude
  • Full clean UK driving license
  • Ideally holds a HPWJ Certificate
  • Work minimum 5 days per week plus regular overtime available
  • DBS Disclosure Cert will be applied for on your behalf by DALROD
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Collate accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Required to uphold the company’s high standards of customer service
  • A confident communicator with good attention to detail

Experienced Drainage Technician Details:

  • Location: DALROD Leeds
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Salary: Potential earnings initial from £14 per hour to £15 per hour depending on skills and experience
  • PAYE - 20 days holiday per year plus public holidays
  • Company Pension scheme
