ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently seeking a full-time Drainer to join our team. with a focus on the installation of stormwater drainage systems, including pipes, culverts, pits, and headwalls. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil drainage, a strong understanding of safe trenching and backfilling practices, and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Install stormwater drainage infrastructure
· Interpret to site plans and set-out levels for pipe alignment and grade
· Safely excavate, trench, bed, lay, and backfill drainage systems
· Safely Use relevant hand and power tools, laser levels, and trench shields
· Comply with site safety and environmental standards
· Complete daily pre-starts, SWMS compliance, and assist with site clean-up
· Report progress and issues to site supervisor regular
