POSITION:

We are seeking a skilled Drainer with Excavator Operating experience to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering high-quality drainage projects safely, efficiently, and on time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year experience in drainage and excavator operation.
• Certificate III or equivalent qualification or 3 years work experience may be taken into consideration.
• Current excavator ticket/licence.
• Current open driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Fluent English – verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

• Operating excavators for drainage and civil works.
• Reading and interpreting plans and site drawings.
• Installing and repairing drainage systems to industry standards.
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient worksite.
• Conducting basic equipment checks and maintenance.
