Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit concepts. Familiarity with CMOS device physics. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Effective interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who thrives in collaborative environments. Passionate about technology and eager to grow in the semiconductor industry. Organized and goal-oriented mindset. Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, C, System Verilog, Perl, or Tcl. Exposure to EDA tools from Cadence or Synopsys.
Responsibilities
The intern will assist in the design and development of DRAM technologies. They will work collaboratively with a team to solve engineering problems and contribute to projects.
