We are looking for a Drama Teacher for a bilingual school in Qingdao. This is a full-time position starting in the upcoming 2025/2026 academic year. About the school This school stands as a distinguished institution within the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, holding the prestigious status of an IB authorized school for the Diploma Programme. Additionally, the school proudly bears the title of a Candidate School for both the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP). Job responsibilities Teach the subject of Drama to primary school students utilizing the PYP IB framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Bachelor degree or above in the related subject Teaching certificate Two or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher education Excellent communications skills Good understanding of teaching in IB context Salary and benefits Monthly salary is range of 23,000 to 27,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance is 1,500 RMB Fully paid summer and winter holiday Public holiday Flight allowance is up to 10,000 Contract completion bonus Free tuition for one child
