• Must have experience in an interior Fit Out company.
• Must be excellent technical skills and be proficient in computer-aided design (Autocad, SketchUp, 3dmax).
• Preparing Shop Drawings and As-built drawings for consultant Approval/Contracting.
• Preparing Architectural Drawings mainly Joinery & Interior Fit Out for Authority Approval.
• Preparation of concept drawings & site visits
• Responsible for making detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for production.
• Coordinate with Production Managers, Project Managers and Designers to gather necessary technical design and changes.
• Prepare, read and interpret drawings and sketches.
• Experience in Architectural, Structural, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection, Joinery & HVAC Drawing Production in CAD.
• Take site measurements and accurately calculate the sizes and amount of materials needed.
• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
