JOB OVERVIEW

The purpose of this role is to drive small to medium private properties renovation/construction projects from identifying technical requirements to tender, deployment of contractors to completion.
We are looking for an experienced, driven civil engineer with a wealth of industry knowledge. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be comfortable splitting their hours between the office, on-site visits, and meetings.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
. AutoCad Certificate.
. PMP Certification is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

· A minimum of 3-4 years of similar industry experience in the UAE.
. UAE Driver’s license.

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

. Advanced AutoCAD skills is required.
. Excellent time management skills.
. Excellent coordination skills.
. Project Management Skills is required.
. Familiarity with design software such as Autodesk, Civil 3D, etc.
. Basic knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Identify project requirements and prepare technical and cosmetic specification accordingly.
Prepare documents, obtain municipality, and land department approvals whenever required.
Prepare AutoCAD drawing for initial internal client approval.
Prepare Request for Proposals / Request for Quotations as per the client requirements.
Organize Materials Samples Viewing for internal client approval.
Review Quotations and Scope of Work.
Negotiate the project scope, cost, and time frame.
Prepare Bid Summaries with comparison as per the company tender and procurement principles for internal client approval.
Assist in tender evaluation for large scope.
Organize contractor access and deployment.
Ensure communities NOC processes are obtained.
Monitor project progress, assess civil work, quality, and scope, and prepare Progress Reports for internal client and management.
Monitor project milestone and process payment accordingly through Finance.
