Responsibilities
  • To produce basic drawings to support our needs.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Organize and schedule appointments as needed.

  • Support the administrative team with clerical duties.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.

  • Proven office experience with strong administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
