Facilitate inter-departmental projects that require community mobilization. Oversee incentive programs and rigorously monitor their ROI and effectiveness. 5. Competitor & Market Intelligence Monitor competitor shifts and track community sentiment to anticipate market trends. Deliver data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making. 6. Governance & Compliance Enforce strict adherence to company policies and operational standards. Identify operational gaps and propose proactive, actionable solutions. Provide strategic input on new programs and budgets, pending formal authorization. 7. Continuous Improvement Adopt industry best practices and share knowledge internally to foster a culture of learning. Engage in ongoing professional development to remain at the forefront of the field. Execute special projects and high-priority initiatives as assigned. Bachelor's Degree of any related course 3+ years experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry. Willing to work beyond his regular working hours if necessary, can perform other department processes with less supervision.
