This unique opportunity offers a three-month immersive experience across our premier properties in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, content creator, and event host - embodying the spirit of adventure, community, and celebration that defines the Drifter experience.

As the Drifter Dream Host, you’ll be our ultimate vibe-setter - travelling across Australia and New Zealand, bringing the party, sharing the journey, and capturing the magic. You’ll create killer content, host unforgettable events, and build community with travellers from all walks of life. It’s three months of exploring, connecting, and making memories - all on us.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Represent the Drifter brand across multiple properties - bringing the energy and embodying the Drifter spirit
• Create exciting, engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and stories - think reels, vlogs, day-in-the-life edits and more
• Host and coordinate events like trivia nights, bar crawls, surf sessions, and morning meditations
• Connect with guests, hype up experiences, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Discover and share the best local gems - from beaches and hikes to hidden laneways and local eats
• Collaborate with the marketing team to make sure your content hits the mark and spreads the good vibes
