EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

• 1+ year experience in vertical or horizontal drilling
• Experience operating dual and single rotary rigs
• Strong mechanical aptitude for daily rig maintenance
• Ability to travel across Southwestern Ontario
• Proven leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $30.00-$43.00 per hour

Work Location: In perso

• Operate and maintain drill rigs, compressors, and mud pump equipment
• Review job plans, safety documentation, and production goals daily
• Manage water, mud additives, air sources, and fuel plans
• Work closely with the Site Foreman and Project Manager to ensure smooth operations
• Train and mentor Rough Necks assigned to your rig
• Follow all site safety and environmental plans
