Eram Talent is currently looking for a talented and experienced Drilling Engineer - Workover for our client in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a prominent player in the Oil & Gas industry, and this role offers a unique opportunity to engage in challenging projects within a fast-paced working environment. Responsibilities: Design, plan, and implement workover and intervention programs. Analyze well performance and make technical recommendations to improve efficiency. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure safe and effective execution of workover operations. Evaluate and select appropriate drilling and workover technologies. Monitor drilling and workover activities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Prepare and present technical reports to management and stakeholders. Provide on-site support and technical expertise during workover operations. Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in drilling and workover operations in the Oil & Gas industry. Worked with well control services companies or well control equipment providers or worked with drilling & WO companies. Experience with drilling software and data analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team-focused environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia and travel to project sites as needed.
