Rogers Group is currently seeking an experienced individual to fill a position as a Mobile Drill Mechanic for our Corporate Drilling Services Division. This position will service a variety of equipment; Epiroc D 60, T 50, and T45 Track drills and Atlas Copco T4 Truck Drills. CDL is preferred for this role but not required. Minimum 5 years' experience working on drills is required. Wages depend on experience. QUALIFICATIONS Uncompromising focus on safety excellence. Perform heavy or major maintenance repairs as needed. Perform routine scheduled maintenance Complete maintenance and work order repair records. Inspect machines for abnormalities or defects. Be able to weld and fabricate, as needed. Parts familiarization including parts catalogs, procurement, handling, storage, and cost of equipment parts. Perform housekeeping duties and work area checks. Ability to operate mobile equipment. Operate a company vehicle on public highways and job sites. Capable of working with limited supervision and scheduling own work. Weekend work/overtime may be required. Ability to stoop, push, kneel, twist, and lift 70 lbs. Ability to climb and perform work on heights of 20 feet. Able to work in all kinds of weather conditions. Able to develop working relationships with other employees and vendors. 5 years' experience working on drills is required.
