Candisates without valid workingermit in Norway and relevant NORSOK experience will unfortunately be evaluated Contract Period: 14.11.2025 – 14.11.2026 Option Period: 1 x 1 year Task and Responsibilities Serve as Operational Leader during night shifts for ongoing drilling and well operations. Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and company requirements. Provide leadership and technical guidance to offshore drilling teams. Monitor operational progress and report deviations or issues to the onshore operations team. Support continuous improvement and learning within the drilling organization. Competence Requirements Valid IWCF Well Control Certificate – Level 4 Valid Health Certificate for Offshore Workers Strong operational experience in drilling and well activities, preferably with leadership responsibilities. Good understanding of safety and risk management in offshore operations. Language Requirements Fluent in English and Norwegian Assignment Details Work Location: Offshore – Gullfaks C Rotation: 14/28 Work Hours: Full-Time Duty Scheme: No Commuters Accepted: No International Assignment: No
