ABOUT THE COMPANY:

The Natural Dispensary is a family-owned business based in Stroud, supporting local employment and dedicated to natural health and well-being. We have built strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customers alike, offering a reliable and caring service.
Alongside this, we work with a growing portfolio of trusted natural health and food brands, and we’re looking for a confident and well-organised Brand Portfolio Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting our business development and customer engagement activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE:

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales, account management or customer service role
  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, Google Docs and other digital tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively
  • Demonstrated experience with lead qualification, managing sales journeys and customer relationships
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Canva (desirable)
  • Experience working with independent brands or small producers (desirable)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are required for travel to Head Office and Production Facility (Essential)

  • Salary: £28,000 – 30,000 per annum depending on experience

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is focused on supporting sales and customer relationships across our growing portfolio of independent natural health and food brands — including All in the Bottle (bottling and canning services for non-alcoholic drinks) and Lifeforce Organics (producers of premium activated nuts, seeds and spreads).
You will be the first point of contact for customers and potential B2B client enquiries, managing opportunities through from the initial contact, through the sales cycle to fulfilment and ongoing account support.
This role combines communication, organisation and initiative — perfect for someone who thrives in a relationship-based role and has a genuine interest in natural products.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Responding to and managing incoming B2B enquiries across multiple brands
  • Qualifying leads and effectively following up via phone, email and video calls (Teams)
  • Coordinating the full sales journey: quoting, onboarding, and liaising with customers and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales notes, and task tracking
  • Supporting reporting and pipeline tracking with the Brand Ambassador (Sales Manager)
  • Understanding food & drinks production processes to support the customer journey
  • Handling customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care
  • Attending meetings and events to represent our brand portfolio when required
  • Contributing to a collaborative, organised and customer-focused team
