• Develop and Empower the Team: Support the DC Manager in leading and building the capability of the DC team to consistently meet both internal and external customer expectations.
• Own the Daily Operational Execution: Take full accountability for delivering the “Day of Operations” work and labour plan, while ensuring clear, concise communication with key stakeholders across the business.
• Lead Performance with Integrity: In partnership with the SRG HR team, take the lead on DC performance management processes, ensuring full compliance with legislative and internal standards.
• Manage Labour Spend with Precision: Be accountable for the DC’s day-to-day labour budget, clearly identifying and communicating the drivers of any variances from the plan.
