Working Hours
Monday- Friday 8.30am-6.00pm

What you’ll be doing:

  • Greet all customers promptly and courteously, introducing yourself and confirming the purpose of their visit.
  • Escort customers to the lounge area, offer refreshments, and ensure they’re introduced to the right colleague.
  • Liaise with Service Advisors to ensure customer needs and any additional work are clearly communicated.
  • Check in vehicles, including photographing and recording any damage, and ensure they’re tagged in the key security system.
  • Work with Service Advisors to make sure no customer is left waiting unnecessarily.
  • Manage customer recoveries with external agents, ensuring vehicles are receipted and the Triage team is informed.
  • Maintain company standards when parking and preparing vehicles, ensuring all cars handed back to customers are clean and ready.
  • Keep the work environment clean and tidy.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
