Description Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm “Safety Sensitive Job” A Safety sensitive position is a job or position where the employee holding this position has the responsibility for his/her own safety or other people’s safety. An employee has to be with clear mind and diligent while occupying such position. This position is responsible for safely transporting clients for groups and individual counseling appointments. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provide safe transportation for clients utilizing an OPCS agency vehicle. 2. Be able to perform CPR and give First Aid. 3. Accurately complete OPCS mileage logs and all other required forms and documentation. 4. Inspect vehicle for safety and mechanical needs. 5. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma/GED. Have a valid driver’s license w a good driving record. Ability to operate a 15-passenger van. Ability to operate a 15-passenger van. Ability to maintain status as an Authorized OPCS Driver. Administrative skills; writing, record keeping, and organizational skills. Strong time management and scheduling skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess and maintain a valid CPR/First Aide Certification. Possess and maintain Mental Health First Aid Certification. Ability to work flexible hours. Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. American Sign Language or Spanish speaking/writing a plus. Prefer Qualification: Experience with Technology such as Computers, Outlook and iPhone. Pay Rate - $15.46 - $18.15 - $20.84 In accordance with pay transparency, the salary reflected in this posting is the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Salary placement is typically between the minimum and mid-point of the salary range.

Responsibilities

Safely transport clients to group and individual counseling appointments using an agency vehicle. Maintain accurate mileage logs and perform regular vehicle safety inspections.
