Job Description We are opening a branch in Newbury and need an experienced 18/26T Driver with HIAB experience. This role is ideal for someone who is diligent, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively within a team to deliver outstanding customer service. Drivers are crucial to our company, ensuring the delivery of plastic pipes and related products to our customers in Newbury and nearby regions. The responsibilities of a Driver include: - Operating the vehicle efficiently and safely - Guaranteeing complete and punctual delivery of orders to JDP customers - Adhering to all vehicle and driver legislation Candidate Profile: - Eager and supportive individual willing to learn all aspects of our operations - Possession of a Class C License and HIAB - Some Driver CPC training completed - Digital driving license (tachograph card) - Knowledge of Health & Safety in a workplace - Comprehensive understanding of driver procedures, including "driving hours rules & regulations" - Ability to plan the most efficient routes for the daily delivery schedule - Outstanding communication and customer service abilities Desirable: Having FLT experience would be beneficial.
