Description • Responsible for assisting warehouse functions including but not limited to: shipping receiving and inventory control with the primary responsibility of driving to and from client locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Responsible for delivery and pickup of equipment and supplies to and/or from various client locations• Support daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by Manager or Warehouse Coordinator• Assist in maintaining and update equipment and product tracking log• Enter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all assigned inventory• Responsible for pulling inventory for order prep pre-fabrication and staging on project pallets• Coordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment and ensure documentation of all inventoryOther duties assigned as neededSkills and Abilities• Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally• Proficient in windows and Microsoft applications such as MS Word and Excel• Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail• Effective communication and interaction with employees clients and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization• Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skillsEducation and/or Experience• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required• Minimum 2 years of Warehouse or inventory experience• Experience with UPS FedEx shipping tracking and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred• Must be able to pass and complete internal forklift certification• Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL Driving Privileges standardsWorking EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
