Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods and/or passengers to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload cargo or assist passengers with boarding and disembarking
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for passengers or recipients of delivered goods
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents or accidents
Skills:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a delivery or transportation role
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
