Job Description We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Driver to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers or goods to designated locations Plan and optimise routes using local knowledge and GPS navigation systems Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort throughout the journey Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, ensuring safe and responsible driving Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records when required Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times Report any accidents, damages, or mechanical issues immediately to management Adapt to changing schedules and be available for flexible working hours as needed Qualifications Valid Vietnamese driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type Proven driving experience, preferably in a professional capacity Excellent knowledge of Phu Quoc's road network and traffic regulations Strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic laws Basic vehicle maintenance skills Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Excellent time management and organisational abilities Good communication skills in Vietnamese (English proficiency is a plus) Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading of items when necessary Clean driving record with no major traffic violations Ability to remain calm and focused in challenging situations Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and maintaining records Additional Information What awaits you...
