To fulfil our mission, we are currently looking for a Fleet Specialist -m/f/d to join our team in Hanover, Bochum or Monheim am Rhein.

We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible team-player who can fulfil tasks and solve problems independently. With a hands-on mentality, you are finding new solutions and reaching set goals. In addition, the right person needs:

  • Previous experience in handling tools and mechanical practices
  • General digital worktool knowledge (e.g. using apps).
  • Openness to work in shifts
  • Fluent language skills in English or German
  • A valid manual driving license is a merit
Responsibilities

As a Fleet Specialist, you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our broken vehicles. In addition to repairing vehicles, you will be responsible to prepare our scooters from deployment and support our in-field team in the best possible way. This will include:

  • Diagnosing vehicles which are not functioning and suggest repair action to be taken
  • Cleaning dirty vehicles before deploying them onto the streets
  • Recycling and disassembling vehicles which are broken beyond repair
  • Assisting in receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles and batteries arriving to the warehouse
  • Making sure that our vehicles are deployed in a safe and compliant way
  • Supporting our team in the field if needed by identifying damaged vehicles, rebalancing wrongly parked vehicles, tidying parking spots and lifting vehicles that have fallen ove
