Job Description: We are looking for a versatile and hardworking individual to fill the Driver and Machine Operator role. The successful candidate will operate various vehicles and machinery essential for landscaping tasks and perform physical labour to support our landscaping projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating trucks and various landscaping machinery.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols related to vehicle and equipment operation.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Operate trucks and other vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and personnel to and from job sites.
  • Operate machinery such as Skid steer, loaders, and other specialized equipment.
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscaping features, including planting, mulching, irrigation, and sod laying.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, grading, and soil preparation.
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
