Driver / Vehicle Transporter Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Pick up customer vehicles at their home, workplace, or designated location using a company-supplied truck and trailer, and safely transport them to our facilities in Londonderry, NH or Andover, MA. Once work is completed, return the vehicle to the customer in a timely and professional manner. Serve as a representative of the company during every customer interaction. This position is more than transportation — it is also a customer service and sales-focused role. Drivers are expected to build positive relationships with customers, answer basic questions about services, promote company offerings when appropriate, and help create a high-end customer experience from pickup to delivery. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after transport, documenting vehicle condition and communicating clearly with customers regarding the process. Maintain professional communication with customers and internal staff regarding pickup and delivery times, scheduling updates, and service expectations. On an as-needed basis, deliver paint protection film and related materials to installers using a company-supplied vehicle while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, trailers, and work areas. Support daily operations with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
