Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely for the transportation of goods and materials
Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
Perform vehicle pre-trip inspections
Maintain meticulous records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays
Comply with all M.T.O. regulations, including those pertaining to oversize/overweight loads
Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and team members
Execute basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as monitoring oil and tire pressure
Requirements:
Hold a valid DZ/AZ Driver’s license with a clean driving record and abstract
Possess the ability to work autonomously
Demonstrate keen attention to detail
Exhibit reliability and trustworthiness
Conduct pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance, reporting any defects to the supervisor
Load and unload various heavy equipment onto trailers
Implement load security measures in accordance with regulations
Generate and manage all necessary documentation
Adhere to all M.T.O. regulations, including those pertaining to oversize/overweight loads
Operate tri-axle dump trucks and belly dumps for gravel hauling
Prioritize safety and adhere to safety protocols and procedures
Communicate with supervisors, crews, and clients utilizing two-way radios and cell phones
