This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required. Part-Time (Mon-Wed) Compensation: up to $16 per hour Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver: * Picks up and delivers residents to all scheduled activities and appointments where transportation is needed. * Completes a safety check of the applicable vehicle, (i.e., car or bus) before transporting residents to and from scheduled activities and appointments. * Accurately records vehicle mileage and resident attendance for all scheduled transportation. * Maintains the cleanliness of the vehicle, inside and out. * Transports vehicle(s) to service locations for routine preventive maintenance on vehicle(s) as scheduled by supervisor. * Notifies supervisor of necessary repairs and vehicle malfunctions. * Immediately notifies supervisor of resident concerns, problems or incidents.
