Job Details Job Location: LIVERMORE, CA 94551 Salary Range: $37.00 - $40.00 Hourly About the Job: Ironclad Environmental Solutions (IES) is growing in your area, and we have an opening for a skilled truck driver! Our goal is to provide customers with effective, efficient, ecological solutions for their liquid & solid temporary storage, pumping, and filtration needs. Drivers at IES transport equipment safely and provide excellent service at customer sites. While many routes are local, assignments from [Branch Location] may include layovers. These may last multiple consecutive days or occur weekly, depending on customer needs. A per diem is provided. Some trucks have sleepers, but for most loads, hotel stays will be required. If you enjoy working with heavy equipment, building relationships with customers, and delivering dependable service, this job is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities: Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to/from customers. Survey customer property, set up, & secure equipment on the property. Routinely inspect vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep. Properly document work performed on equipment deliveries and pick-ups. May transport non-hazardous loads to/from landfills. Perform overnight or multi-day assignments when required. Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check. High School Diploma or GED. At least 21 years of age. Valid Class A CDL issued by one state or jurisdiction. 3+ years of CDL Class A driving experience, or 2 years with a truck driving school certificate (experience within the last 7 years preferred). Experience with roll-off or winch trucks (heavy haul preferred). Valid Tanker Endorsement required. Hazwoper trained. Hazmat Endorsement preferred. Towing experience preferred. 6 months roll-off truck experience within the last 24 months. TWIC card required. Valid medical certificate, physically qualified to drive a commercial vehicle. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder level. Proficient in English for communication, following highway signs, and completing reports. CDL driving experience from military service accepted.
