ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS:

• Primary responsibility of transporting clients to and from the program daily.
• Maintain an on-going transportation list of riders with all pertinent information
• Ensures transportation coverage, in form of driver and/or vehicle, available during program hours.
• Ensures vehicles are properly maintained and serviced as needed.
• Ensures all transportation documents are completed accurately and processed accordingly.

Incumbent is responsible for driving and providing transportation to assigned consumers. Also maybe required to run errands and provide other intra-agency transportation needs. General office and program duties will be assigned.
