ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Manages a driver

  • ‘s onset DQ file to ensure file meets compliance standardsAssist in managing Hub Group
  • ‘s random drug/alcohol testing programAssist in tracking, managing, and completion of Hub Group
  • ‘s Certificate of Violation (COV) programming
  • Tracking Hazmat Endorsements within fleet to ensure training compliance is metProcessing Verification of Employment (VOE
  • ‘s) requestsPreparing documentation for scheduled California BIT audit
  • ‘s
  • Processing termination DAC reports/recordsManaging, updating, and ensuring compliance in the followingDriver CDL

  • Driver Physicals/Medical Cards
  • 15 Day MVR pullsDriver Medical Card links to MVR’s/CDL

  • Assisting in the management of Samba (MVR monitoring program)
  • Report management
  • CDL status report

  • Functionally ensuring out of compliance drivers are tagged out of service until compliance is met
  • Supporting and assisting in expiration report management
  • Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency with software programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have the ability to effectively interface with applicants and internal personnel
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills are required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment.
    Salary: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
