JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage transportation duties and PRO-related tasks, ensuring compliance with UAE government regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling government-related documentation and liaising with authorities to facilitate administrative processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid UAE driving license with a clean record.
  • Proven experience as a driver and PRO in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and governmental processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to work extra hours if required.

Responsibilities:

DRIVER DUTIES:

  • Safely transport company employees, clients, and guests as required.
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and timely servicing.
  • Follow all UAE traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Maintain records of vehicle expenses and fuel consumption. Assist with deliveries, airport pickups, and other logistical tasks as needed.

PRO DUTIES:

  • Handle all government-related processes, including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts.
  • Liaise with government departments such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Economic Department, and other authorities.
  • Process company registrations, license renewals, and legal documentation. Maintain and update records of employees’ official documents (residency permits, Emirates IDs, labor cards, etc.).
  • Provide support in resolving governmental and compliance-related issues.
  • Keep the management informed about new laws and regulations in the UAE.
