JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage transportation duties and PRO-related tasks, ensuring compliance with UAE government regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling government-related documentation and liaising with authorities to facilitate administrative processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean record.
- Proven experience as a driver and PRO in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and governmental processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to work extra hours if required.

Responsibilities:
DRIVER DUTIES:
- Safely transport company employees, clients, and guests as required.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and timely servicing.
- Follow all UAE traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain records of vehicle expenses and fuel consumption. Assist with deliveries, airport pickups, and other logistical tasks as needed.
PRO DUTIES:
- Handle all government-related processes, including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts.
- Liaise with government departments such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Economic Department, and other authorities.
- Process company registrations, license renewals, and legal documentation. Maintain and update records of employees’ official documents (residency permits, Emirates IDs, labor cards, etc.).
- Provide support in resolving governmental and compliance-related issues.
- Keep the management informed about new laws and regulations in the UAE.
