JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of low current systems including CCTV, intercom, access control, structured cabling, and lighting control systems. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, hands-on experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education:
• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in low voltage/ELV systems (CCTV, access control, etc.).

• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of electronic security systems, structured cabling, and lighting control protocols.
• Hands-on experience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Comelit, Bticino, Schneider, KNX, or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with network concepts (IP addressing, PoE, switches, routers).
• Soft Skills:
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid UAE driving license(mandatory)
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different sites.

• Installation & Configuration
• Install and configure CCTV systems (IP & analog), access control units, video intercoms, lighting control panels, and network infrastructure.
• Run and terminate structured cabling (Cat6, fiber optics, etc.) according to design and safety standards.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair faults across all systems including camera feeds, door access failures, cabling issues, and lighting controls.
• System Testing & Commissioning
• Perform testing, calibration, and commissioning of installed systems.
• Ensure all systems meet design specifications and compliance requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain installation logs, wiring diagrams, test reports, and maintenance records.
• Report job progress, delays, and issues to the supervisor or project manager.
• Customer Support & Training
• Provide on-site support and basic user training to clients.
• Respond to service calls and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
