Pay: $23.25–$24.00 per hour ## Job Description EPIQ Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner committed to providing safe, reliable, and efficient delivery service each day. We are currently looking for an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher to support our daily delivery operations, assist drivers in the field, and help maintain strong performance across our routes. This position is best suited for someone who has a good understanding of Amazon DSP operations, works well in a busy environment, and is comfortable using dispatch tools to monitor routes, support drivers, and help resolve issues as they come up. ## Position Overview The DSP Dispatcher helps coordinate daily route activity from the start of dispatch through the end of the delivery day. This includes preparing for route launches, monitoring driver progress, responding to driver needs, coordinating rescues, communicating with leadership, and helping ensure routes are completed safely and on time. We are looking for a dependable and respectful team member who communicates well, remains calm under pressure, and is willing to support both drivers and management in keeping operations running smoothly. ## Key Responsibilities Support daily dispatch operations and assist with successful route launches Monitor driver progress, route status, and delivery completion using Cortex Provide real-time assistance to drivers with rescues, route reassignments, troubleshooting, and delivery-related questions Track key Amazon performance metrics, including DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch Help plan and coordinate rescues so drivers can stay on pace and complete routes efficiently Adjust routes, assignments, and support plans as needed based on daily operational needs Communicate clearly and respectfully with Amazon OTR leadership, management, and drivers regarding route updates and daily performance Help ensure daily operations follow company policies, safety procedures, and Amazon standards Support driver coaching, accountability, and performance improvement when needed Assist with resolving daily operational challenges in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records and help with performance tracking and reporting ## Requirements Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required Strong understanding of Amazon Flex, Cortex, dispatch tools, and delivery performance metrics Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced delivery operation Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make thoughtful decisions quickly Professional and calm approach when handling driver concerns or operational changes Weekend availability and schedule flexibility Comfortable using computers, tracking data, monitoring route performance, and working with spreadsheets or dispatch systems Ability to support drivers, encourage accountability, and contribute to a positive team environment ## Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay of $23.25–$24.00 per hour Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off Health insurance, if applicable Opportunities for advancement within the company Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person
