What We Offer: * Part-time medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Employee assistance program * Generous PTO and paid holidays * DailyPay – Work today, get paid today * On-site gym and an Olympic size swimming pool * Resident sponsored appreciation bonus and educational scholarships * An exceptional work environment that is both engaging and fun Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver: * Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs. * Assist Wellness Manager and/or Life Enrichment Manager with transporting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.). * Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van. * Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance. * Clean and wash vehicle. * May perform housekeeping functions as directed. * Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. Responsibilities
