Description We are seeking a dependable and versatile individual to serve as both a Driver for Events and a Facilities Support. This hybrid role involves transporting event equipment and staff to various locations, and during non-driving hours, performing maintenance and facility support tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and has both technical skills and a strong service orientation. Key Responsibilities: As Event Driver: Safely transport event equipment, supplies, and personnel to and from event venues. Load and unload vehicles efficiently, ensuring all items are secured properly. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct regular safety checks. Coordinate with the events team to ensure timely deliveries aligned with setup and breakdown schedules. Provide on-site support during events as needed (e.g., helping with setup/teardown). As Facilities Support (During Downtime): Perform general building maintenance tasks including minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry work Respond to facility service requests and troubleshoot building issues. Support general repairs and upkeep of the facility, including lighting, minor carpentry, and painting. Help maintain a clean and organized parking lot and warehouse which includes storage, staging, and the pickleball area. Ensure building systems operate efficiently and safely, complying with all safety standards and regulations. Requirements Valid TX Driver’s License with a clean driving record and held for at least 5 years. 2+ years of experience in a facilities or maintenance role. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on event schedules. Ability to drive the company truck and pull a trailer. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with event logistics and equipment. Forklift or equipment handling certification is a plus.
