POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team in Montreal. This position requires a bilingual candidate (French and English) who can manage both driving responsibilities and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to safety, customer service, and detail, with the ability to handle physically demanding work and long-distance driving when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid Class 5 / G (Full) driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 30 kg.
  • Clean criminal record and willingness to undergo a background check.
  • Availability to work full-time and flexibility for overtime hours as required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company vans for deliveries and pickups within Montreal and surrounding areas, including potential long-distance trips (e.g., Montreal to Quebec City).
  • Load, transport, and unload shipments, including boxes weighing up to 30 kg.
  • Complete shipment documentation and administrative duties:
  • Printing and organizing paperwork
  • Scanning and submitting Proof of Delivery (POD)
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle usage.
  • Provide professional customer service during client interactions.
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
