Description Our Roastery Drivers work as a part of the production team at their respective roastery. Drivers are responsible for following routes to fulfill our local delivery schedule and occasionally our wholesale partners. The main responsibility of our Drivers is to ensure timely delivery of all products from our New Orleans roastery as well as the commissary. They are also tasked with assisting our roastery production team between routes with packaging, bagging and labeling all coffee and tea to production standards. Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license and submit to a background check Must have a clean driving record Prior driving experience in a delivery or commercial delivery setting preferred Excellent verbal communication skills Must possess a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with a hands-on, cooperative approach in a team environment Strong organizational skills and accountability in completing all tasks in a thorough, accurate and timely manner Working Conditions & Physical Demands Able to lift up to 50 pounds Able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time frequently
