What You’ll Do: As a Valet Attendant, you’ll be the first friendly face our residents and guests see. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, maintaining safety, and delivering top-notch service every day. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting residents, families, and guests with professionalism and warmth Safely operating, parking, and retrieving vehicles (automatic & manual) Assisting with mobility needs, including walkers, wheelchairs, and packages Managing traffic flow and maintaining safety in valet and drop-off areas Delivering packages and assisting with resident needs promptly Collaborating with Community Safety, Transportation, and Concierge teams Reporting incidents or concerns to supervisors and supporting emergency responses Requirements What You Bring: A high school diploma or equivalent A valid South Carolina driver’s license in good standing At least 21 years of age (insurance requirement) Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Calm, courteous demeanor—even under pressure Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Capable of assisting residents with physical mobility needs Why Join Us?
