Description In accordance with company policies and procedures, the Yellow Jacket driver provides value within the fast-paced environment of Yellow Jacket Oil Tools by supporting the operations process in compliance with the company and customer standards. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Responsible for delivering parts safely between the shop and customer locations. 2. Responsible for strapping of load. 3. Responsible for keeping truck and other equipment clean. 4. Responsible for getting tickets and order acknowledgements signed for. 5. Open and transparent communication with the Field Manager. 6. Follow company safety rules. 7. Provide feedback to Operations regarding the needs of the client in the field and help enforce good behavior of the client, to minimize risk or poor handling or miscommunication. 8. Must be comfortable seeking out and interacting with Decision Makers (Company Men) when necessary. Must be socially aware of surroundings and able to connect with field and office personnel alike. NON-SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: 1. Working conditions dependent on weather. 2. Ability to move about and work up to 12-hour days. 3. Complete daily pre trips and post trips on truck. Requirements 1. 3+ years driving experience. 2. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. 3. Experience operating a forklift. 4. Must be on-call and ready to move at a moment’s notice, if not personally available must work with Manager to develop a contingency plan. 5. Must be able to pass ATF application to handle explosives.
