Trillium Woods is recruiting for a Flexible Part-Time hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver: * Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs. * Assist residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.). * Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van. * Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance. * Clean and wash vehicle. * Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: * High school diploma or GED required * Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required Preferred Qualifications: * CDL License - Or the ability to receive (with company assistance) after 90 days of employment * Previous experience in a senior living community Pay Range: $20-$24/hr If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!
