Description

The Driver performs daily routine inspections of the company delivery vehicle, and daily completion of driver logs. In addition to driving this person is responsible for verifying item quantity, packing, unpacking, loading and unloading of parts, and providing necessary assistance in the shipping and receiving department. * Ability to safely lift, load, and deliver merchandise. * Ability to utilize time management skills to effectively manage shifts in priorities. * Properly maintain daily vehicle inspection logs. * Properly maintain daily delivery driver logs. * Maintains a safe driving and working environment. * Ensure all paperwork and documentation upon drop-off/ pickup is completed properly. * Securely handle and pack merchandise. * Teamwork, reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
