You will conduct inspections of the transport vehicle before and after transporting residents. You will oversee the internal conditions of the facility vehicle and report changes of status. You will engage with the transportation scheduler to help arrange resident transportation. Requirements Driver Requirements: Training is provided. Must be at least 25 years of age Must have a valid driver's license in the State of Illinois. No serious traffic violations within the last 3 years. No DUI's, speeding tickets/moving violations, leaving the scene, reckless driving, driving too closely, improper lane changes, or failure to report an accident.
Responsibilities
The driver is responsible for safely transporting residents to and from various activities and locations as required. This role also includes conducting pre- and post-transport vehicle inspections and overseeing the internal condition of the facility vehicle.
