JOB DESCRIPTION

Catering Driver Specialist is responsible for driving a company vehicle within an established route or territory and delivering goods and products to various customer locations. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
This position is part-time with Aramark Canada at Queen’s Hospitality services. We are providing a competitve hourly wage along wtih uniforms for successful candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a valid driver’s license
Previous experience as a driver preferred
Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
Able to work flexible shifts including, days, afternoons, evenings, late nights and weekends
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).

EDUCATION

Minimum 1-2 years experience

Essential Functions:

• Loads product onto the truck daily and unloads at services and events
• Delivers equipment, food services and other items as required across campus as required
• Assists with setup and tear down of events and packing of equipment into truck in a safe and efficient manner
• Report necessary maintenance or repairs needed on vehicle to management
• Maintain, services, and upkeeps cleanliness of vehicle and equipment
• Performs all job duties in a safe manner by adhering to all driving regulations, company safety policies and procedures, and
• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude towards customers, clients, and co-workers

• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
