Job Details Job Location: TENNESSEE - NASHVILLE - NASHVILLE, TN 37213 Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: SHORT-HAUL Job Title: Truck Driver (Class A CDL) Location: Company: FABco LLC Job Summary: FABco is seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, a current Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), and the ability to operate a Daycab with a 40-48 ft flatbed trailer. This role primarily involves local, short-haul deliveries with secure freight that does not require drivers to load or unload. Key Responsibilities: Operate a Daycab with a 40-48 ft flatbed trailer safely and efficiently. Transport secured freight to and from designated locations and the surrounding area. Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and hours of service. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules. Ensure loads are properly secured for safe transport. Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Qualifications Requirements: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Clean driving record with no major violations. Ability to operate a Daycab with a 40-48 ft flatbed trailer. Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience (preferred). Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to work Monday-Friday with occasional overtime as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills. Schedule & Compensation: Monday through Friday schedule with occasional overtime based on business needs. Local and regional short-haul deliveries with no expected overnight travel. Drivers will not be responsible for loading or unloading freight. Pay is commensurate with experience. FABco is an equal opportunity employer.
