JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver to join our team on a part-time self-employed basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving to and from suppliers and customers, collecting and delivering vehicles all around the country using either trade plates or a single car transporter. Excellent customer service skills are essential in this role. This role involves operating a single car transporter or driving on our fully insured trade plates. The Driver will be responsible for collecting and delivering vehicles, navigating delivery routes efficiently, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a driver or in a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by the job.
• Valid full UK driver’s license.
• Excellent driving record with no violations or accidents in recent years.

• Operate a single car transporter or use of our fully insured trade plates for the collection or delivery of vehicles to various locations.
• Load and unload cars safely and efficiently from the transporter, ensuring proper handling.
• Navigate assigned routes effectively to ensure timely collections/deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients at delivery or collection points.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Local driving to and from our workshops/bodyshops for servicing, MOTs and repairs.
• Assist in maintaining our forecourt.
