As a Driver Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the drivers, creating schedules, and performing site visits.

  • leads department by demonstrating the highest standards of safety, customer service and team work
  • communicates information and priorities to associates and ensures they have the direction and tools needed to complete their tasks
  • manages associates performance through feedback and identifying training opportunities
  • handles associates and customer concerns in a fair and professional manner
  • previous boom operator experience is an asset
  • class 3 w/ airbrakes is an asset
  • can manager changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • motivates others through their positive attitude to always be improving
  • demonstrates the drive and commitment needed to reach goals
  • experience in leadership is preferred
  • a knowledge of building materials is an asset
  • excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • typical career steps are to manage larger departments prior to becoming an assistant store manager
