You prioritize safety, punctuality, and customer service, and you’re ready to support residents in getting to their appointments, programs, and special events with care and professionalism. Responsibilities * Provide safe and timely transportation to residents for appointments and events * Ensure residents’ comfort and safety during transit * Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle, including wheelchair assistance * Maintain cleanliness and safety checks on assigned vehicle * Communicate effectively with residents and staff about schedules and updates Requirements * High School diploma or equivalent * Valid Ohio Driver’s License * Must meet eligibility under LEC’s insurance provider (Motor Vehicle Report required) * Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting * Ability to regularly push/pull wheelchairs exceeding 100 lbs * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
