You prioritize safety, punctuality, and customer service, and you’re ready to support residents in getting to their appointments, programs, and special events with care and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide safe and timely transportation to residents for appointments and events Ensure residents’ comfort and safety during transit Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle, including wheelchair assistance Maintain cleanliness and safety checks on assigned vehicle Communicate effectively with residents and staff about schedules and updates Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Valid Ohio Driver’s License Must meet eligibility under LEC’s insurance provider (Motor Vehicle Report required) Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting Ability to regularly push/pull wheelchairs exceeding 100 lbs Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
