Learn how you can make an impact at Livingston.   Job Type: Full Time  Location: QC St. Laurent Cavendish Blvd - CN041  JOB SUMMARY The Driver is responsible for safe and timely pickup and delivery of vehicles within Canada and the US. Duties include vehicle inspections; loading and offloading car carrier; timely and accurate completion of daily logs, fuel, mileage and run sheets, while providing exceptional customer service at all times. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Load and unload cars, trucks and vans as required. Responsible for pickups and deliveries through the designated locations (local, inter-provincial and US). Prepare condition reports and verify orders for accuracy, ensure the client has signed all electronic applications or necessary documents. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on truck and trailer. Report to Dispatch on a daily basis for loads and instructions, maintain regular communication with Dispatch to ensure that customer needs are met. Maintain an electronic log and other applications associated with the position. Follow all Hours of Service regulations.  Follow all speed and traffic regulations. Report damages to cargo and truck immediately to the Manager/Supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
